They said that the best time to catch fish is the day after rainfall. They caught a whole net full of tilapia afterwards.
I'm not really a fan of Harbor Square and salty air. But this one reminds me of a sweaty afternoon spent with fellow photographers, all huddling their tripods in an almost view-less area of the bay, where friendly fishermen, vendors and security guards abound. Thank You for an overcast sky and a beautiful day.
