Dare I desire?

Romans 8:32

"He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all -- how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?"

Come to think about it, would I dare to desire for the small things in this world when I know that I have received the best? I am but a mere man, capable of folly, but destined for His glory.

Sharing you some of the things that I pray for.

HUGS. BEAR HUGS. RAINY DAY HUGS.
Can you imagine a world without hugging? Can you tell me what it's like?
Coz I can't.

GREAT MUSIC.
There are two kinds of people: one that associates a song to certain moments - whether special or tragic - and those that do not. I'm the former.
There's power, a spell, to a song, and if that stirs my soul,
I know that God deserves the songs of my heart.

MOVIES. MEMORIES.
No, not Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
500 Days of Summer is just one of the films that I adore, but it's more of the memories that comes along with watching movies or eating out or sleeping over which sticks to me. My drawer is filled with receipts and table napkins of places I went to with good friends: tangible proof that I went to this place with someone special. That makes things more, I don't know, quirky cool I guess.

TRAVELING.

Like I said, it's more of the memories, the quality of the time spent together that matters to me, rather than the destination. The people that I journey with - this wonderful journey leading closer to God - are the one that I am closest to. So close that even distance could not keep our souls apart.

MOODBOARDS.
There's a reason why I am like this: why I prefer to not conform to this Youtube generation. In me desires something beyond the realms of this world, visions of magnificence and splendor that only God is capable of doing. Indescribable bubbles of divine pulchritude, is what I call it.

JOURNALS.
I write to think and not the other way around. So my journals are my friends who keep my secrets, and understand me more than I do myself. I write, therefore I exist.

THE POWER OF CREATION AND CONNECTION.
The power of Internet. Oh how much I underestimated you.
For visual people, admit it, you are a slave to it. Fashion blogs, Youtube, Facebook, Flickr and other sites are, on certain days, either my friends or my foes. Tsk, tsk.

BIBLE AND BROOKE FRASER IN THE PALM OF YOUR HANDS.
I'm just entertained by the idea of using this communication Swiss-knife.

PHOTOGRAPHY.
It's not enough to see the beauty of things. I need to share it. And that's my mission.
